This comfortable room is in a top (3rd) floor flat (no elevator) in a 3-storey block that has great views. Bring your own breakfast food. You can use the microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge. I provide tea/coffee/milk. The space Bathroom is shared with me and is squeaky clean. The shower runs off the bath taps - it is not a 'power shower'. Hot water sometimes takes 30 seconds to come through because the boiler is up in my roof space. Cloths are provided to mop up water spills. There is a pop-up work table in your room if you need a surface for your laptop. No wardrobe in your room, but plenty of hangers and hooks on the door. Guest access Parking here is free if you park in Fircroft Gardens directly below my block, NOT outside the entrance to the block where space is for full-time residents only. Public Transport: From nearby stops, bus H17 connects you to Sudbury Hill station (Piccadilly Line) or Harrow on the Hill station (Metropolitan Line). For Central Line, take bus 92 from Sudbury Hill station. Central London is approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour's journey depending on how many changes you make. Wembley Stadium and Wembley's other facilities are close by on the 92 bus. At the top of the hill (5-10 minutes walk) is the small and attractive village where there are coffee/cocktail bars, a convenience store, a pharmacy and some interesting buildings. During your stay I'm happy to chat with guests in the evenings, unless I have visitors. Other things to note Access is by three short flights of stairs - there's no elevator in the building. There is nowhere to leave excess luggage on the ground floor, so you'll have to carry everything up stairs. It is easy to get in to central London from here on Public Transport, most places accessible in well under an hour. Good bus service close by, connecting to three Tube lines.
