Quiet, private guest room in the basement of a house in Altona-Bahrenfeld, with private entrance, bathroom, and parking right outside the door. Ideal for guests looking for private, hassle-free accommodation – not a hotel and not a full apartment, but a cozy guest room. Amenities: queen size bed (160x200), small desk, dresser. The space The space: Bright, comfortable basement room with private bathroom and separate entrance (accessible via the basement). Thanks to two large windows, the room looks friendly and airy and in summer it stays pleasantly cool, air conditioning is not necessary. Location & transportation: Our accommodation is located at the A7 highway entrance and on the outskirts of Hamburg-Altona. The bus stop is just 50 m away, during the day the buses run every 5 minutes, 24 hours a day. By bus it is about 15 minutes to Altona, 20 minutes to Schulterblatt, Reeperbahn or downtown, and 35–45 minutes to the main train station. Optionally, a parking place on premises is available. Food & surroundings: There are two restaurants right next door (Croatian & Vietnamese) – ideal for lunch. A bakery, coffee and a supermarket are within approx. 10 minutes' walk or bus ride. Experience Hamburg: Our city is known for changeable weather and high humidity, but it offers a lot to discover: canals, the Alster for paddling, parks and the Elbe beach. Museums such as the Kunsthalle or Deichtorhallen, theater & musicals (Elbphilharmonie, "Lion King") as well as football (St. Pauli, HSV) and the Miniatur Wunderland are waiting for you. Summer highlights: the Planten & Blomen Park with the popular water concert. Leisure & nature: The Baltic Sea, North Sea or heathlands are accessible for day trips. The city can be explored wonderfully by bicycle or city bike.
