Cozy Country House - Voralpenland - Region München

The house is located in the country-side, only 25 km south of Munich, close to Lake Starnberg (8to10km), the Octoberfest, the river "Isar" and only a 30 minutes drive to the beautiful mountains. A little "country side" park surrounds the house, which we share with chickens and ducks. (Your kids will love them). -It is the perfect family place (up to 6/ may be 8 people) - for going to Munich, the alpes and lakes. - also very cosy if you are looking for a very romantic place of two . The space Inside the house, you can find three bedrooms for 2 people each (Two full-size-beds and one bunk bed, with two beds).Two modern bathrooms ;- one with shower, the other with a bathtub- fulfill every wish. Optionally you can use the pull-out couch in the living room. You can prepare your meals in a modern kitchen and enjoy them either on the terrace or in a light dining room, next to the living room.. Guest access The House is located in a large Garden which we and our friendly dog share with you. Our House is located on the other Side of the Garden. You will have the house to your self. The Garden is big enough for all of us and a great "get away". Other things to note Since we are located in the Country Side of Bavaria, we are very close to the Mountains. They are easy accecebale by car ( and train going from Munich or Starnberg ). We recommend to take a hike in the beautiful Bavarian or Austrian Alps, or going for a bike ride, "as far as you like", and afterwards for a swim in the lake on the Isar or the big lake of Starnberg. And if you are not to exhausted concerts, restaurants and bars are waiting for you in Munich.
