Quiet space, perfect for relaxing or working. Comfortable chalet in Montnegre and near Montseny, completely renovated with a swimming pool in summer. There are walks to enjoy from the house and the sea is not far away. Sheltered by a hill, far from any pollution. The RENFE train stations and the highway are less than 10 minutes away by car. Free high-speed Wi-Fi. Spacious parking. Pets welcome. The accommodation has stairs, so it is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. The space Nice 42m2 wooden house. It contains: a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a small fully equipped kitchen; a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels, soap and shampoo; and a very cozy bedroom for two people with one bed. It is protected from the cold and its garden is pleasant all year round. The garden has a fence and can be closed at the request of the tenants. The property is in the "Canada Park" urbanization on top of a hill, located between the sea and the Montseny massif. The view is beautiful and the place is very quiet but very well connected, with several supermarkets within 10 minutes by car. It is a perfect place to rest and disconnect from the city, near the sea (20mn), Barcelona (35mn), Girona (35) and the train (10mn). Cleanliness is guaranteed according to the Airbnb protocol with the use of steam. Since the beginning of the pandemic there is also an ozone apparatus. Guest access welcome my guests as friends, bonds of friendship are usually created. The space in front of the wooden house is fenced so if you are traveling with children or a pet you can close it if you wish.
