Home in Oberau

Our old farmhouse is located in the historic center of Oberau, not far from the tourist information office. It is probably one of the oldest houses in the village and has been extensively renovated for several years. There are still a few small things to do, but it already has a lot of charm. The space The house has two spacious bedrooms with double beds on the upper floor, one of which has its own shower/tub, both with their own sink. There is also a conservatory with a sofa bed for 2 people and a sofa bed in the living room. On the upper floor, there is also a separate toilet and a shower room with a sauna. The sauna is mostly built of clay and should not be operated above 80 degrees. A few details are still pending here, but it is already fully usable. On the first floor there is another shower room with toilet. The sunny garden can be reached both through the conservatory and through the living room. Garden furniture and an umbrella are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for 8 people (oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee makers, toaster, kettle, etc). Basically, spices, oil, coffee, tea, cleaning agents, cereals, etc. should always be available, as our family often uses the house itself. We follow the motto: "Whoever empties it, replenishes it." We hope our guests share the motto with us, just as we share our family vacation home with our guests. Each guest is registered by us with the municipality prior to arrival. The price includes all local fees such as tourist tax and you will receive a guest card with many interesting discounts. In addition to the rental price, we charge a one-time cleaning fee. Linens and towels are included.
