Townhouse in Évora
Description
According to Portuguese Nobel Prize winner of literature, José Saramago, “Évora is a state of mind”. The space Évora is the capital of Alentejo and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The house is located in the historic center just beside the Aqueduct, in a commercial area but on a very quiet street with no traffic. The street itself is surrounded by very small and very old style grocery, pastry and bakery shops - I love that part! :-) In the morning one only has to walk 50m to get really nice fresh bread! :-) Also the restaurants located around are the best in town. If you are a fan of culture, history, good wine and good food you are coming to the right place. THE HOUSE (100 m2) has two floors: Ground Floor: . Living Room with bed-sofa and wood-burner . Kitchen (with a Nespresso) . Bathroom (with a bath) First Floor . Bedroom with sitting room attached . Bathroom (with a shower) . Terrace The bedroom's bed has the dimensions of 160x200cm ( 63"x80") which is the equivalent to a King Bed (UK size)/Queen Bed (US size). Linens and towels provided. PARKING If you are arriving by car don't worry. The nearest parking is located 100m from the house in Praça Joaquim António de Aguiar (in front of Theater Garcia de Resende). It's an underground garage, I always park there. There is also a free parking 300m away from the house. Guest access To the entire house Other things to note Fiber Internet (Download 1GB, Upload 200MB) Netflix
