Our house is located in one of the old houses in the historic center of Ceriana. On the large terrace there is sun from morning to afternoon. There is room for 6 people. There are three bedrooms with beautiful double beds plus an extra bed in one room. The living room has a good large sofa bed. There are bathrooms on both floors. The large well equipped dining kitchen has direct access to the sunny terrace on the top floor where all meals can be enjoyed. With or without the electric awning as pleasant sun shade in summer.The three independent bedroom offers great comfort in terms of if you are up to 6 people. The extra bed and the sofa bed in the living room is a fine option for overnight guests, who often come to visit because Ceriana is so close to the coast and Nice. There are washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, television, DVD and with the possibility of connecting the ipod, iphone and so on. There are functioning heating and pellet stove, which is very functional during winter. It's easy to get to the property with a 2 minute walk from the main street. Our house can be used all year.
