A Stage, lights and sound control! Everything to make and listen to good music, prepare a show, spend an atypical evening with friends or family! Or a seminar/internship/residence... Prepare a good meal in a professional kitchen with a beer tap (local beer possible on request), read a book chosen from the book clock, dance and sing, everything is done to create and recharge! We gladly accept pets with a supplement of 20 euros. Massage and tattoo by reservation, possibility of local basket eggs/vegetables/fruit juice/jam/goat cheese... (depending on season and availability) Bike/electric bike rental nearby to favor your 2-wheel trips in the Bauges or for your discovery walks of the massif, paragliding school and canyoning! and much more ❤️ Guest access You have access to the loft of the Factory, its large open kitchen, living room, stage, if you wish the sound and light control, video projector and screen (a deposit check and 150 euros will be paid on site, limited for the technical control) 3 cabin bedrooms, the Chill out area (sofa/sleeping), the terrace and garden, shower/toilet, Parking. Other things to note A deposit check upon arrival of 3000 euros and an additional cost of 150 euros is to be expected if you want to have access to the technical management 🙂!! You do the complete cleaning of the place. If you wish, there is a cleaning fee on request. Provide coffee beans for the coffee machine, your charcoal for the barbecue, your computer, phone or tablet with a mini jack input for the music support! Bedding and towels are included. Upon arrival, we will introduce you to our venue and its operating explanations. We are available to help you organize your event or your stay! (indoor or outdoor sports, music, circus, drawing, theater, garden, wellness...)
