The farmhouse has hosted the headquarters of the A*s. Cult. La Caracola whose activities are currently suspended; it still offers opportunities for cultural events. Nearby are the Monte Sole Historical Park, the Etruscan City of Misa, the Rocchetta Mattei, the Corno alle Scale Park, the Way of the Gods and much more. The space The space consists of a single cozy room with a sleeping area separated by furnishings, a large living area with a double sofa bed, another single bed and armchairs made with wooden pallets and cushions, a toilet room with every accessory, all ideal for those who want to immerse themselves in nature also as a base for fantastic excursions in the area, for those who want to reach some local in the nearby city of Bologna in the evening, for those who have to take an examination or medical examinations. The portion of the house that will host you has a private entrance and offers silence and intimacy and is connected to the rest of our house by an internal door that leads to a stairwell whose opening and closing can be managed according to your needs for independence. From the entrance door you access directly to a large terrace, directly connected to the garden, and it has a table, chairs and outdoor chairs and sunshade umbrella. Emanuele and Maya are waiting for you! Guest access THE HOUSE RULES: The house is on the ground floor of an old stone cottage. There is a use of KITCHEN dedicated to you. We ask you to pay attention and take care of the objects and furnishings of the house. A copy of the keys is provided to make travel autonomous. A living room with TV, sofa and dining table is at your complete disposal. The house has WIFI network (password and Login will be delivered to you upon arrival). It is possible to be accompanied by your pet (small to medium size). Smoking is only allowed outside in the courtyard. Bikes and motorcycles can be parked in the private courtyard or garage. We remind you to close the front door and turn lights off when you leave. We are not equipped with air conditioning but the thermally well insulated house is located in a hilly area at about 400 meters altitude and the climate is pleasant and ventilated even on the hottest days. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Pet pets are usually welcome, but we will also consider the presence of other guests or our pets.
