This is a classic west coast cottage from '72 with 60 extremely well-planned square meters, in Vilshärad outside Halmstad. I have spent a couple of weeks of all my summers in life in it, I would think. A glass of something good in the evening sun on the back side. Tylösand is about 10 minutes away by car/bus and after beach is available for those who want it. Farm sales and ice cream cafes are available, and also golf courses. The space Carport is available, washing machine as well but no dryer. However, outdoor drying of laundry is best.
