Unique open plan family friendly 4 bed house in West Wales sleeps 7 people + cot. 2 well behaved dogs are also welcome to stay in this home with nearby footpaths through woods and farm fields. We are only 25 min from beautiful Cardigan Bay beaches, nearby to the National Wool Museum of Wales and close to the market town of Newcastle Emlyn. Stays of 4 or more nights include hot tub. A perfect place for walking or for relaxing with friends cooking & doing jigsaws in front of the log fire! The space We have three bedrooms downstairs. One king size with ensuite, one double room, and one twin with a trundle bed to become a triplet. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over bath. Upstairs is an open plan living area with corner sofa, freesat tv and a large kitchen and dining area, great for entertaining! We also have a single room upstairs. Guest access There is a private courtyard garden with a hot tub and a charcoal bbq to front of the house. There are two car park spaces available and a third may be available upon request. Other things to note My home IS FAMILY / BABY FRIENDLY. There is space available for two cars. A third space may be available upon request. Please see hot tub policy if you wish to use hot tub.
