The large living room will seduce you with its layout that judiciously combines an 1846 olive stone stove, the soul of the house, with the modernism of the living room. From the living room, you can access the balcony which offers stunning views of the valley, the Catogne and the town of Orsière below. The house has been fully renovated and has all modern comforts. The space Our house was built in 1786, as recalled by an inscription on a bedroom beam. It was occupied by several families, the last inhabitants were shoemakers. We found some small children's studded shoes during the renovation. The house was in very poor condition when we bought it, it took several years of work to restore it and make it the little gem it is today. We are delighted to introduce you to this house and this corner of the Valais region, which has remained very authentic. Guest access You will access the house by the road that leads to La Rosières. From the road, there are about fifteen steps down to get to the house. Our accommodation: - Lower floor: 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 double bed (160 cm). 1 bedroom with 2 beds. Bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, separate toilet - Upper floor: Large living room with dining and living room. Large fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, 4 vitroceram hobs, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette oven, fondue set, mixer, etc. - Gallery: access by ladder, sleeps 5 (ideal for children from 5 years old).
