The space The apartment is located on a quiet street in Sa Riera, very close to the beach and in a house of few apartments and very familiar. It is ideal for families with children. To get to the apartment you have to climb two flights of outdoor stairs (60 steps). It has 58 m2 and consists of a large living room-dining room, a room with double bed, a fairly small room with two single stackable beds that can be converted into a double bed (Important: the double bed occupies the entire room space), a bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and a 10m2 balcony terrace. We have table, chairs and lounge chairs available to use on the terrace. From April to September, guests have access to a private parking space. Parking is indoor, and it is very close to the apartment. For the rest of the year you can park on the street without any problems. It features: - Two-burner induction cooker - Washing machine with capacity of 6kg - Multipurpose table oven - Small dishwasher - Vacuum each room has a fan available and there is a double closet in the hallway available for the guests. During the winter months the floor is heated with electric radiators and there is a wood stove that can be used with the utmost caution. We offer a wood-burning basket to our guests so they can enjoy their first fire and if they need extra firewood, at all gas stations in the area you can buy it. Other things to note Linens and towels will be provided in the rooms on arrival. Please note that none of the sheets and towels provided must leave the apartment. Guests must bring their own towels for the beach.
