Description
Denant Mill was built as a flour mill in 1592, and was converted into a private dwelling in the 1990s.The house is set in a tranquil valley and is bordered by a river on one side and the leat (water to power the mill) on the other. The 12 foot diameter wheel is still inside the house and makes an interesting feature - as does the remaining machinery! Guests will have the opportunity to witness this amazing heritage - with many modern luxuries such as WiFi and en-suite bathroom. The space The space is a large room containing a king sized bed, a large corner sofa, a fridge with a small freezer compartment and a microwave as well as a wardrobe and a desk and tea and coffee making facilities. The room has dual aspect views over the garden and mill pond respectively. Other things to note There is a kettle for tea and coffee making and there is a fridge in the room (with a large enough freezer box for a few ice creams if required) and a microwave.
