My 2-room apartment (60sqm) is located on the slope with Rhine+City view (If I am traveling myself,I like to make them available to guests). Downhill train station in 10 minutes, currently accessible & bus right in front of the house. The space Unique is the Rhine view and the walking distance to the city center. IMPORTANT: HERE IS A purely NON-SMOKING APARTMENT and NONDAMPER APARTMENT. I provide my private beds, so I only host permanent non-smokers. Please let us know when requesting that you are/are generally a non-smoker, then your reservation can be confirmed directly. When I am not at home, I like to provide my entire apartment to guests. In the bedroom there is a 1.40 m double bed and on request also 1 guest folding bed. In the living room I can put 2 guest beds. On the couch there would also be space for one person. My bathroom has a comfortable bathtub. After consultation, it is also possible to use the kitchen for warming up dishes WITHOUT ANY subsequent odors: However, WITHOUT ONIONS, oil, Asian spices and everything that leaves smells that you can still smell after the CheckOut. Unfortunately, I can not provide food, a coffee machine and 1 kettle including tea are in my otherwise well equipped kitchen. WiFi is of course included. (The communal pool is open until 9pm). Other things to note If you book the apartment for 1-2 nights, you have it all to yourself. If you book them for more nights, 1 girlfriend or myself comes to the apartment every 2 days to get books from the apartment if necessary. Of course at a suitable time for you. A numbered parking lot is reserved for you from 4-7 pm; from 7-4 pm you can park anywhere.
