La Grange Aux Reparons (The Repairers' Barn)

You will appreciate the authentic atmosphere of an 18th century barn restored with natural and ecological materials such as wood, stone, terracotta, lime plaster, hemp etc... (gîte classified 4 ****) while offering maximum comfort. Swimming pool on sunny days (in the park 50 m from the cottage) and fireplace for cooler evenings. 3 bedrooms of 19 m², 14 m², 13 m², living room of 40 m² (canal +/satellite channel), kitchen + dining room of 32 m², 2 bathrooms/toilets of 7 m². Other things to note In summer, the minimum rental period is 1 week from Saturday to Saturday. Wood for the fireplace is extra on the basis of €75 per cubic meter. Bed linen can be provided, also to be paid on site (€15 per 160 cm bed / €10 for 90 cm and 140 cm beds). Towels can also be provided (€5 per towel) We take care of the cleaning: the cleaning fee is €95, and is to be paid upon arrival. However, the accommodation must be returned in a suitable condition. We kindly ask that you do your dishes, clean the oven and stove, the refrigerator and strip the beds.
