The Sea Captains House | Cardiff Bay | Parking WMC

My place is close to restaurants and bars, public transport, parks, the city centre and the Taff Trail. The house is situated in Cardiff Bay, 5 minutes walk from the Wales Millennium Centre, and the Welsh Assembly. It is 25 mins from the airport. You’ll love my place because of the welcome, the relaxed homely vibe, the spaciousness of the house which, has a bright open extra large kitchen and dining area with breakfast island in the centre . The space The house is a grade 2 listed building in the heart of Cardiff Bay. It is 3 storeys and has a large kitchen and dining area there are 5 rooms in total this room can sleep 3 with 1 single bed and 1 double. The attic room has a bathroom that will only be shared with a max of 2 other guests. Guest access The house has a large open plan kitchen there is and island in the centre and an 8 seater dining table . The kitchen opens onto the garden which guests are welcome to use. it also has a separate utility room. During your stay As this is our home I will be here to welcome guests, We welcome interaction we are around for friendly chats and cups of teas or coffee if any guests care to join us . We also of course respect peoples privacy , and guests are free to come and go as they please . We would like everyone to feel comfortable and happy during their stay. As this is my home I will be here to welcome guests, I welcome as much interactions as guests like and would like then to feel comfortable during their stay. Although rare ,on occasion I do travel and may not be at the property during your stay however, we have experienced home hosts (usually family members) that will stay and look after the house during your visit. Other things to note Due to recent parking changes in the area, the parking opposite the house is restricted to permit parking, We can issue permits however an additional payment is required to park. costs are £2.50 per day or £10 for the week. Please let us know if you require parking for your stay.
