Rustic Private Cottage front Lake w/ BOAT

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. A full briefing on arrival, and we're a message away for anything. This isn't a resort. It's the lake, your own boat, and your own pace. Guest access On arrival day, your host meets you with his large speedboat (easy room for the whole group and all your bags and supplies) and brings you across to the cottage with a full explanation of the house and the boat. From that point the boat is yours (no licence needed), and you can come and go as you like. On either side of the house the lake comes right to the door: two spots to step straight in for a swim. Free public marinas around the lake are yours to dock at: explore, shop, dine, and cruise back whenever you like.
