Single-story house 300 m from the beach

Our 55 m2 house is ideal for 4 people (5th person possible: sleeping in a small room with an extra bed). The land is enclosed (practical if young children, the gate locks). Jullouville/Carolles beach is less than 300 meters away (promised!). The center of Jullouville is 1.3 km away (bread depot 150 m away). The outdoor space is composed of two pleasant terraces (facing Southeast and Southwest). 2 bikes available. Umbrella bed & high chair available on request The space Note: The 3rd bedroom is a room with an extra bed of 120 X 190. At the back of this room there is the washing machine and the water heater. In the "yellow" bedroom, the 2 beds can be separated or combined. You have 2 adult bikes. Possibility to rent them in Jullouville.
