Thank you! ▪PLEASE NO LARGE PARTIES Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, we are not the right fit for noise and large gatherings. (Yes to Zen vibes!) Because of this, prohibited are: -Large parties -Weddings & events -DJ, Zaffa & hired entertainment (*Please ask if you have an event in mind) ▪UTILITIES INCLUDED Yes, all utilities are included in rental price! (Electricity, AC/Heat, internet, water, and pool, elevator & ground maintaining.) ▪POOL SAFETY Chlorine Ph is monitored daily. As an infinity-edge pool, adult supervision is required at all times for children under 16 years of age, including the roof terrace. ............................................. ▪CHECKOUT Upon checkout, please follow simple standard procedure.
