There is no lift/ elevator within the building. The apartment comes with 1. 2 Lovely and Spacious Bedrooms:    **En Suite Master bedroom (includes a bathroom)    **Second bedroom with double bed    ** Both Bedrooms are airy and bright with big double glazing windows.    ** 2 comfy double beds. 2. Modern living area with open plan kitchen: white dining table, a big TV, a comfy 2 seater sofa, a coffee table and of course some lovely pictures. 3. Fully equipped modern kitchen: a gas cooker, oven, Microwave, an integrated  fridge/freezer, Toaster and Kettle, Dish Washer and a Washing/Dry machine. 4. 2 Modern bathrooms- one with walk- in shower and the other one with an electric shower over the bathtub. 5. Wifi is available. 6. Ordinary UK TV channels are available. NO Netflix unfortunately.   **ACCESS TO CITY CENTER BY BUS** Bus Fare: Adult Single: £2.00. Child Single: £1.00 Adult Day ticket: £5.00. Child Day ticket: £2.50 Family Day ticket: £10.50. You can pay for tickets on the bus. The buses ALL take contactless card payment now. Bus Service and Stops: The bus stop for No.4, 44, 26, 5,19, 34 is on the main Road by traffic lights. It is just outside Safari Lounge Pub, which is about 3 minutes' walk from the apartment. There is also a bus stop nearby( on Easter Road and Abbey Mount) for bus 35 which is en route to the Old Town of Edinburgh. About 5 minutes' walk from the flat. **PARKING SITUATION** Monday 8:30am-Friday 5:30pm: Parking is NOT Free. There is a meter nearby for parking if needed. Friday 5:30pm-Monday 8:30am: On street free parking( outside the apartment block). ** Construction Work** There is currently some construction work going on in the area. But you will not hear the noise at all with the windows closed. So there is no need to worry :) **DIRECTIONS** The details of How to get to the apartment will be shown on the Direction bit once a booking is confirmed! Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal. **WiFi is available throughout the apartment** **A Fully Equipped Kitchen ** **Ordinary UK channels are available on the TV.** Other things to note 1. For How to use heating in the apartment, please check the House Manual bit information. 2. Although the check out time is 11:00am, we can be a little flexible with that if next guests check in time is in the late afternoon or evening on the same day. In most cases, the check out time can be extended to 11:30am. Please do let me know beforehand if a late check out is needed. 3.
