The timeless villa

The villa is simple and cozy. A large living room with a kitchenette with a fireplace that can heat up the coldest evenings, or on hot summer evenings the air conditioner will make everything cooler and more pleasant. The masonry barbecue in the garden is special. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, in the bedroom there is a comfortable single bed, in the living room there is a single and foldable bed and a bed also used as a sofa. The space IMPORTANT: Given the health guidelines in this period of the COVID-19 pandemic, changes of clean and sanitized bedding and towels will be guaranteed for each stay, as always, but we will not make changes during stays that extend beyond the week. Cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. We also leave household hygiene products available for guests. We take this extra precaution for your and our hygiene and health, and we are sure you will understand. DOGS ARE MAN'S BEST FRIENDS AND OURS TOO 🥰 but we cannot accommodate 4-legged friends over 10kg. Their owners are strongly requested not to allow them to climb on beds and sofas for greater hygiene. The villa is nestled in the Pontine plain and is surrounded by a large and green garden where you can relax in a natural setting, savoring the slow passage of time and even simple idleness. A gate opens onto a long avenue for exclusive use that leads to the villa. The masonry barbecue makes the stay perfect, allowing you to enjoy meats, grilled vegetables, and anything else in the open air and in total tranquility and privacy, since the only visible house is our mail a hundred meters away. The villa is located in a "strategic" area in my opinion and not only mine: it is possible to go to wonderful Rome, the tourist and immortal capital in just half an hour by train and at the same time not be absorbed by the frenzy of its traffic, smog, and typical noises of a metropolis because at the end of the day it will be the Pontine countryside with the sounds of nature to welcome and accompany the rest and sleep of our guests. Crickets and cicadas keep us company in the summer. The "strategic" position also allows you to reach the picturesque Castelli Romani in the surroundings, from which you can admire breathtaking sunsets in which the sun melts into the sea on the horizon...enjoying the famous "porchetta di Ariccia". No less are we bordering the Municipalities of Anzio and Nettuno (American Military Cemetery), which offer glimpses of the small seaside villages and at the same time have adapted to the times by modernizing the marinas with all their yachts and stylish shops, and opening numerous clubs for nightlife. The international Montecassino is also easily accessible to visit its Abbey and the Polish Military Cemetery. In summer, it is almost mandatory to visit the beautiful water park of Zoo Marine, which is located behind the Castel Romano Outlet and the Cinecittà World Amusement Park, which every year boasts new attractions and musical shows by well-known Italian and non-Italian artists. For lovers of the sea and tanning, the villa is not far from the beaches and bathing establishments of Tor San Lorenzo and Ardea, which are easily accessible by car. In spring and at the end of October, the Landriana Gardens, a stone's throw from us, host a magical fair for a few days for lovers of nature, plants and flowers, where exhibitors from all over Europe converge and mini-themed courses are held, followed by experts in the field. From this year, butterflies have their own "room". In the same spring period, Campoverde, not far away, also welcomes everyone with open arms with another large agricultural fair that grows more and more every year. The neighboring area of the SS 148 Pontina is one of the most active in terms of shopping, including the Castel Romano outlet (a quarter of an hour by car) and a few kilometers away there is the modern and vast Aprilia2 Shopping Center and the new Esselunga that serves all those who move from Rome to the Lazio coast or reach and return from the nearby Sabaudia. Guest access The entire timeless villa and its garden with the long access avenue are for the exclusive use of our guests. In the front area, next to the tall eucalyptus tree, there is a magical barbecue where you can prepare and enjoy excellent grilled fish, meat, or vegetables while your children and/or dogs can play undisturbed.
