The timeless villa

The villa is essential and cozy. A large living room with a bathroom of the fireplace that can heat the coldest evenings, or on hot summer evenings, the air conditioning will make everything cooler and more pleasant. Special to the garden brick barbecue. The bedroom offers a comfortable double, in the bedroom there is a comfortable single bed, in the living room there is a bed for single and foldable use and a bed also used as a sofa. The space IMPORTANT: Given the health directives during this period of COVID-19, changes of clean and sanitized bedding and towels will be guaranteed at each stay, as always, but we will not change during stays that extend beyond the week. Cleaning can be arranged for extra payment. We also provide guests with the hygiene products of the house. We take this additional fix for your hygiene and health and we are sure of your understanding. Dogs ARE MAN'S BEST FRIENDS and ALSO OURS, 🥰 but we can't host 4-legged friends over 10kg. Their owners are strongly required to not allow them to climb on beds and sofas for added hygiene. The villa is nestled in the Pontine plain and is surrounded by a large and green garden where you can relax in a natural setting savoring the slow flow of time and also simple laughter. A gate opens onto a long avenue for exclusive use leading to the villa. The brick barbecue makes the stay perfect, allowing you to taste meats, grilled vegetables and anythingelse outdoors and in total tranquility and privacy since the only visible house is our post office a hundred meters away. The villa is located in a "strategic" area in my opinion and not only mine: it is possible to travel to wonderful Rome, the tourist and immortal capital in just halfanhour by train and at the same time not be absorbed by the hustle and bustle of its traffic, smog, and typical noises of a metropolis because at the end of the day the Pontine countryside will be able to welcome and accompany the rest and sleep of our guests. Crickets and cicadas keep us company in the summer. The "strategic" location also allows you to reach the picturesque Roman Castles nearby from which you can admire breathtaking sunsets where the sun is sun lounging in the sea on the horizon...enjoying the famous "porchetta di Ariccia". No less we are bordering the municipalities of Anzio and Neptune (American Military Cemetery), which offer the views of the small seaside villages and at the same time have adapted to the times by renovating the tourist harbors with all their yachts and stylish shops, and opening many places for nightlife. The international Montecassino is also easily reached to visit its Abbey and the Polish Military Cemetery. In summer, it is almost a must to visit the beautiful water park of Zoo Marine that is located behind the Castel Romano Outlet and the Cinecittà World Amusement Park that prays every year for new attractions and musical performances by well-known Italian and non-Italian artists. For lovers of the sea and tanning, the villa is not far from the beaches and bathing establishments of Tor San Lorenzo and Ardea that are easily accessible by car. In the spring and end of October, the Landriana Gardens, a stone's throw from us, host for a few days a magical fair for lovers of nature, plants and flowers where exhibitors from all over Europe converge and mini-themed courses followed by experts. As of thisyear, butterflies have a "room". In the same spring period, Campoverde, not far away, welcomes everyone with open arms with another large agricultural fair that widens more and more every year. The neighbouring area of the SS 148 Pontina is one of the most active in terms of shopping, including first of all the Castel Romano outlet (a quarter of an hour by car) and a few kilometres away is the modern and vast Aprilia2 Shopping Centre and the new Esselunga that serves all those who move from Rome on the Lazio coast or reach and return from not far from Sabaudia. Guest access The entire timeless villa and its garden with a long access avenue are for the exclusive use of our guests. Stand out in the area in front, next to the high eucalyptus, the magical barbecue where they can prepare and enjoy great grills of fish or meat or vegetables while their children and/or dogs can play undisturbed.
