Whether it's lounging indoors or basking in the fresh air on the patio, this charming accommodation offers a perfect blend of comfort and access to the Estate's scenic grounds "lovely place set in stunning grounds" "We are already planning a return visit" "This was the best place we've ever stayed" "Super host very responsive and helpful" "Spacious, well-equipped, spotlessly clean and peaceful" Guest access Main lawn area opposite house and private outside space connected to each cottage The main courtyard at rear of property and front lawn area is for family residents only Please only allow dogs on the large lawn opposite the main house Other things to note * No parties , loud music or late night noise, this is a peaceful family residence. * No smoking inside * If having any visitors to the property please can you let us know for safety regulations * Dogs are welcome - PLEASE bring covers for sofas or beds * Garden is large and does have fencing however we do not guarantee fencing is completely secure but 4 acres is yours to allow your dog to run free * Some areas are for the family residents use only. The field opposite the house is for your use along with other guests. Private areas for family residents are the courtyard and front lawn on the left as you approach the main house * Some noise from nearby train line and road can be heard from the property * Family residence. The location has a calm , relaxed feel . We can be heard around the property but will not be intrusive but we are here if you need us and of course would love to say hi and check you are enjoying your stay * Please provide us with first names of all guests and whether adult or child * We would also ask you to let us know how many cars you will be arriving in and for the last 3 letters of each reg plate , this is for security reasons for us and for you while you are here We have three holiday cottages here so we have to make sure you are all happy with your stay and have a peaceful time. We are not party poopers but live in a calm environment and if it’s a loud party you wish to have we suggest you try somewhere else , we don’t want to have to stop your fun
