Relax in a light, comfortable room with windows overlooking a beautiful garden and patio area. The annex has its own entrance, hallway, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom with walk in shower. The friendly, thriving Village of St Agnes is an area of outstanding natural beauty with its mining heritage, beautiful views from the coastal footpath and only a 10 minute walk from the property. There are no shortages of shops, gift shops, galleries, cafes, restaurants, pubs, butchers, and bakeries. The space On entering the Annex there is a long corridor with a place to hang your coats and a matt to place your boots and shoes. If you have Bicycles they can also be stored here. Inside the bedroom is a comfortable king sized bed, chest of draws, a long mirror with hangers on the back, table and chairs for eating, WFI, TV, and central heating. The Bathroom has a large walk in shower, a mirror with a shaving point, cupboard, electric towel rail and central heating. Toilet paper, toiletries, and towels are provided but not beach towels. The kitchen is a well equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, sandwich toaster, small induction hob with sauce Pan, frying pan and a sink with cleaning supplies. Cereals, milk, yogurt, tea, instant coffee and cafetière coffee, sugar, honey are also provided. Just outside of the annex is a patio with seating for you to enjoy the garden. Guest access The Guests have a key safe and there own entrance. Other things to note This property is not suitable for pets, children or if a person has difficulty walking up and down steps. Some of the steps are quite deep. There is a rail along side the steps. The position of the Annex is close to all the village amenities, coastal path and the beach and is easily walkable. There are car parks at the top of the village and down by the beach.
