Kosy Kot is a high quality traditional holiday cottage in Hayle Cornwall, near to 3 miles of golden sand and your ideal base for families, couples and 2 couples to explore wonderful West Cornwall. Our delightful cottage is surprisingly spacious and equipped to a high standard and includes: a wooden beamed sitting room with a log burner, well equipped contemporary kitchen with dinning area, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with 1 King / 1 Twin (or 2 x King on request) , private outside space and parking. The space Booking: Please note we only book for complete weeks on a Saturday to Saturday basis, except Xmas and New year which are mid week changeovers. Airbnb will only allow automatic booking for 1-week from Saturday, but we will accept a 2, 3, or 4 week or a Xmas holiday on request. The weekly price includes cleaning and linen. Downstairs: - Kosy Kot has a comfortable and elegant sitting room with beams and a wood burner, very "Kosy" on cooler days and pleasant in summer, so why not curl up on a classic sofa with a book, or relax in front of your favourite Freeview TV program / DVD. - The contemporary kitchen is extremely well equipped and has a dinning area with table and 4 chairs, electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, slow cooker, built in fridge and that self catering holiday essential - a dishwasher. - Our rear hall / utility is very practical with freezer, washing machine, coat hooks and shoe rack. - A Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC is accessed from the rear hall and is also very practical to clean those sandy toes after a hard days surfing or just relaxing on the beach. - The front porch provides extra storage for those coats and shoes. Upstairs: - The master bedroom has a country cottage style, with eves ceilings, an antique brass framed very comfortable king-size bed, vintage dressing table and TV with DVD. - The second bedroom also has eves ceilings, but is coastal themed for that true seaside feel. The zip/link bed can be either be 2 x single or if requested on booking a king-size double. Built in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds for a good nights sleep. - The spacious Luxury Bathroom has a roll top bath - ideal to soak and relax after a hard days exploring, basin, WC and large towel rail. Outside: - Sitting area for alfresco dinning near back door / kitchen, barbeque available. - A second outside sitting patio- ideal for the morning sunshine. - There is a raised gravel garden at the back with space for parking and a small garden at the front. - Included: Gas central heating. Fuel and power. Bed lining and towels. Wi-Fi. Travel cot and highchair (please bring own linen for cot). Off road parking for two cars. There is a raised gravel garden with furniture. Near by: Supermarket within a two minute walk. M+S food within a 5 minute walk. Pub quarter of a mile. Takeaways and pasty shop are around a 10 minute walk. Notes: Sorry, no pets and no smoking or vaping. The road in front of Kosy Kot can be busy with local traffic at peak times, however traffic passes slowly in single file. Guest access There is an ample parking area at the back of the property; this is accessed by a driveway at the side, which is 2.4M (8-foot) wide, at its narrowest point.
