The 70-meter apartment, located upstairs, has a south-facing terrace, covered in summer. You will find all the comforts you need for a great stay, including a desk for teleworking, and a swimming pool to share with another 2-person vacation rental. This rental is located in the Drôme Provençale at the crossroads of 3 departments: Ardèche, Gard and Vaucluse. Also suitable for a worker on business trips or training. The space The accommodation is located on the second floor of our house and has a separate entrance with a private terrace and you can enjoy the entire wooded land and also the swimming pool which is on a plot next to the house, which makes this place completely private and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the garden furniture and outdoor table at their disposal. Sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided. The apartment also has a real office space adjoining the room for remote work. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property they rent. Other things to note We do not charge extra for providing you with bed sheets, towels and linens. Between each rental, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned by us, however, we rely on you to leave it in a suitable state of cleanliness (dishes washed and put away, garbage disposed of, etc.).
