Surrounded by olive groves and Istrian nature, the villa is designed for relaxation, privacy and quality time with family or friends. The space Villa Ingrid has been built to high standards, combining authentic Istrian stone architecture with modern design. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests and offers 146 m² of carefully designed living space. The outdoor area features a large 40 m² swimming pool, stone sun deck with loungers, outdoor shower and parasol. A spacious paved terrace provides shade throughout the day and is perfect for relaxing, dining and enjoying drinks. The outdoor dining area includes a large table for 8 guests and a summer kitchen with a large open barbecue. On the ground floor there is a beautiful open space consisting of a living room with an open fire place, kitchen and dining area. There is one bedroom with double bed and one separate bathroom on the ground floor. The living room and the bedroom have direct access to the large, covered terrace, the garden and the pool. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with king size beds) and two bathrooms (one with a bath and one en suite with a shower). Two of the bedrooms have access to the terrace with a sea view. Baby cot can be made available on request at no extra charge. The villa is air conditioned and has broadband WiFi Internet access. The watering system keeps the grass nice and green during the summer. There is a heating in the villa so it is suitable for winter days. The parking place is provided within the gates. The villa is surrounded by olive groves, lavender fields, vineyards and private homes/villas, which makes it perfect for a holiday in a quiet and private surrounding, but it is still close to all the attractions that Istria offers. The distance to the nearest supermarket is a couple of minute drive, the first restaurant is at 2-minute walk (Restoran Idila in Rakovci), the beautiful beaches are 10-minute drive in Limski Kanal (Lim Fjord), Zelena Laguna and Plava Laguna in Porec. Another beautiful and close beach Lanterna in Tar is again at around 15 km away. Very close to the villa are the two largest water parks (aquaparks) in Croatia - Istralandia in Novigrad and Aquacolors in Porec. The villa is located 30-minute drive from all the natural and cultural sights of Istria such as the Arena (the famous amphitheater in Pula), town of Rovinj the jewel of Istria, the island Brioni as well as from the Pula airport.
