The house nestles in a quiet village among the stunning Cotswold Hills, known as the walking capital of England and AONB. While surrounded by beautiful countryside, the house is only 5 minutes from Cheltenham Racecourse with transport links to Cheltenham and other attractions such as Prescott Speed Hill Climb, the GWR Steam Line and Adam Henson’s Cotswold Farm Park. There is a generous driveway with space for 4 cars, a large garden and a games room with pool table, table tennis & board games The space Inside, the bathroom and kitchen have been recently refurbished to a high spec with modern fittings, while guests have the choice of 3 double bedrooms with pocket sprung beds and hill views. 2 bedrooms have double beds, the other has 2 single beds and a travel cot can be provided if required. A high hair is available. Newly added is a dedicated games room with a Riley pool table which converts to a table tennis table and there are numerous board games for both adults and children including the classics scrabble, monopoly and poker. Shove half penny an old pub game is also available. Games can be played on the table top and seating is provided with fold up chairs. The living room has a modern fireplace with comfy sofas and an armchair, along with a dining table and 6 chairs. There is a well equipped kitchen, including an air fryer, downstairs toilet and utility with a washing machine for guests. The garden has 2 patio areas, one sunny, one shady, perfect for morning coffees, or alfresco dining and evening sun chasers. There is a large back lawn area for playing on and a toddler slide. Just up the road is a family run newsagents selling basic provisions, a children’s play area and a charming pub - The Apple Tree. Within easy walking distance is also a superb Indian restaurant - Saffron lounge who also do home delivery. A mile away in Bishops Cleeve are several places to eat, coffee shops and take aways. The house is perfect for couples or larger families of up to 6 looking for a relaxing break whether that be time spent soaking up the Cotswold countryside or trips out to neighbouring attractions such as Adam Henson’s farm park. Guest access Guests enjoy exclusive access to the whole house and garden. Easy key safe entry and exit. To the rear of the property is a totally self-contained annex occupied by our lovely tenant, a single lady and 2 cats. The only shared area is the side access to the rear of the property and utility area which houses 2 washing machines, one for guest use. There is also a new brabantia washing line in the garden. Other things to note The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is perfect for couples or families of up to 6. We are not taking bookings for large groups or parties (including stag or hen dos) and unfortunately are unable to accept pets. ***PLEASE NOTE maximum guests allowed INCLUDING children is 6 to abide with the terms and conditions of our house insurance.
