Condo in Überlingen

We live in a detached house in a tranquil residential area in the Nußdorf district of Überlingen. Nußdorf is located directly on Lake Constance. From our house it is approx. 5 minutes' walk to Lake Constance. The beach, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. We have a new pretty apartment for up to 3 people. When the weather is nice, our guests can also have breakfast outside. The space The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m as well as a living/dining room including kitchen and bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed that can be pulled out and practically used as a double bed. In front of the entrance area there is a terrace area with seating (south side), e.g. as a breakfast area. The apartment is bright and friendly thanks to two floor-to-ceiling windows/doors. Other things to note For the room price, a tourist tax of €3.30 per night and per person will be charged in summer and €2.40 in winter. For this you will receive the Echt Bodensee Card, with which you can get a variety of advantages and discounts on leisure and cultural offers as well as a uniform mobility offer in the Lake Constance region. An essential part is the included use of the entire public transport in the Lake Constance-Oberschwaben transport association. The EBC entitles you to free travel by bus and train throughout the entire Lake Constance region (districts of Lake Constance, Ravensburg and Lindau). The tourist program also includes numerous advantages for guests at museums, leisure attractions, shipping companies and other facilities.
