Beautiful room overlooking a garden terrace for lunch or lounging. Private bathroom and separated toilet. The villa is located in a quiet area of Mauguio, 10 minutes from Montpellier and the sea. Zenith and Arena at 5 min. The space A small fridge and a kettle for tea and coffee are available in the room. The room has a separate entrance on the ground floor and the bathroom and toilet are private and adjoining it, we live upstairs. Guest access Our guests have access to the garden and if need anything , we live just above . During your stay We can pick you up at Montpellier airport ( 10 minutes ) or train station ( 15min) and are available to guide you in your escapades around . Other things to note Breakfast is not included but we can prepare you for an extra € 6 : coffee, tea , pastries , bread , fruit juice
