School with a View

La Scuola Vecchia (The Old School ) is part of a small hamlet in the hills above the Upper Tiber Valley in Umbria, Italy, on the Tuscan borders. The house was recently restored to a very high standard. It can also be rented with La Meridiana. The space The Paterna school house was a working school until about 50 years ago. It has been recently restored to a very high standard creating 2 ensuite double bedrooms with travertine marble bath and shower rooms, a further single bedroom with ensuite toilet and sink, a further bathroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Guest access The school house guest have access to the school house, its garden, a terrace with table and chairs and another terrace with a fig tree and a working pizza oven. If the school house is booked with La Meridiana for large parties , the guests have shared use of the swimming pool. Registration Details I applied for a CIN, but haven’t received it yet
