Two-bedroom apartment, living room equipped with a real snooker pool table, bar, darts and board games, bookcase, and reading corner. Outside, unheated swimming pool from April to September, petanque court, ping-pong table. One terrace overlooking the pool and one overlooking the courtyard. Secure parking. The space Close to Macon and the A6 and A40 highway exits. Beds are made upon your arrival, and towels are provided. 1 bedroom (12 m²) with a 160 cm bed and TV, 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed with a view of the pool. 45 m² living room with pool table, darts, bar, and reading area. Equipped kitchen (no dishwasher). Two terraces, one pool side and the other courtyard side. 2 parking spaces in a courtyard closed by a gate. Free coffee and tea available for short stays Guest access bedrooms, living room, toilet and private bathroom. Equipped kitchen (no dishwasher). Pool from May to September. We have two sheep in the meadow of the property, possibility for your children to approach and feed them. 2 parking spaces in a courtyard closed by a gate. Other things to note Possibility to arrive earlier on request depending on the departure time of the tenants the day before. No parties or social gatherings. The apartment is intended to accommodate only 4 people. It is possible to add a 90-cm bed on request to have 3 separate beds, for an additional fee. (Convenient for 3 workers, for example, or 3 single people.) We live in the second part of the house but are considerate of our tenants.
