I personally stay in every space for at least three months and make sure everything is top notch to deliver the standards of the pickiest guest, and I am one of those myself. A queen size bed with extra comfortable memory foam mattress and pillows completes the space. We have a no smoking/vaping policy in the building for the comfort of all guests. Other things to note Please do not have mail sent to the house. There are several PO box rental options nearby. There is no access to the mailbox. For long term guests: initial basic supplies provided are hand soap, dish soap, shampoo/bodywash, toilet paper. After introductory supplies are used, guests are responsible for restocking as needed. Parking space not included. Free adjacent street parking is available 24/7. Public bike-share parking station right across the street.
