Description
Little Sandyacres is a spacious private flat, specially designed with holidays in mind. It sits nestled within palm trees of the beautifully tendered cornish garden of Sandyacres House, tucked away off a little, quiet lane which you can use to access all the joys of Cornwall. A great space for a couples getaway but also large and open enough for a group or family holiday of 5. It's light, the views are spectacular and the interior design has been tastefully chosen for a coastal holiday The space Sleeping The large master bedroom hosts a huge super-king bed, the single bedroom is bright with stunning views and the living room hosts a comfy, double sofa bed. Living Light, spacious open-plan is the name of the game here, the kitchen and dining room are ever so slightly partitioned. Big double doors give access to the garden... Outside space A beautifully manicured lawn with the most delicious colours coming from the flora and fauna in the summer. In winter the leaves reveal the most stunning views over the valley and brea. Kitchen Fully equipped and ready for use. It also hosts an extendable breakfast table, if you fancy a change from the dining room or garden. Tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, salt, pepper and a few other basics provided. Please feel free to get your groceries delivered on your arrival, there is a village shop, a co-op (open late and Sundays), and nearly every supermarket imaginable within a few minutes drive. Bathroom Very spacious and hosts a large double shower, oh and a mermaid. Parking Two parking spaces directly in-front of Little Sandyacres' door. A tad sloped so don't forget your handbrake ;-) Other things to note Most of all, ENJOY!
