We provide central AC, WiFi, private fenced in backyard, gas grill plus many more amenities. Come stay! The space Two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, fenced in back yard. ** Please note that our house is built into a hill. There is a fairly steep driveway, so mobility issues may present a problem. We do give access to the garage, so you can park a car in the garage and bypass the steep driveway*** Guest access The wood burning stove is not available for guest use due to safety considerations. Other things to note Dogs: If you have dogs joining you, please let us know. They are welcome! We charge a one time pet fee of $100 (2 dogs max). We care about our furry guests. They can have anxiety sometimes in a new environment. Please crate your dog if left alone in the home. If our housekeepers find evidence of a dog without prior approval there will be a $500 charge. We do not allow cats at our property. We do ask our guests staying over Tuesdays to kindly assist us with putting out the garbage/recycling for Wednesday pick up (wheeling the bins onto the street).
