Oak Cottage was originally converted from an old milking parlour, and is now a comfortable three-bedroom holiday home set in a beautiful rural location, but only minutes from Porthtowan beach. This bright sunny cottage sleeps five people and has a well equipped open-plan kitchen diner and sitting room that is ideal for relaxing with family or friends. Oak sits in a complex of five cottages around a lovely peaceful courtyard. There is plenty of parking on site. The space The comfortable living area has a bright sunny feel with a smart TV, DVD player and DAB radio. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric double oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all the crockery and cutlery you should need for your stay. Oak can sleep up to five guests, the main bedroom has a standard size double bed, the second bedroom has twin standard size single beds and there is also a standard single bed in the third bedroom. The bathroom has modern fittings with an electric heated towel rail and a large walk in shower cubicle and an electric shower. The stable door leads out to the courtyard enclosed by the other cottages where each cottage has its own garden furniture. There is a laundry room with washing machine and large tumble dryer. Guest access Games room with coin-operated pool table, darts board and selection of books and games (shared with other properties on site). Steps lead up to the car park and a large grassed area that is ideal for ball games or just enjoying the views. There is an alternative parking area if you are unable to use the steps.
