No commercial vehicles or rv or trailers. all guests must remain respectful to the neighborhood and property. it's exspected that 2 people sleep per bed. if additional beds are needed it's $40 per bed. early check-in attempts or late checkouts will result in a minimum fine of $200. Cameras on outside of home are fake. Groups that will be arriving with more than two cars should contact the host first to confirm I can host more than two cars as parking is limited. I’ve made furniture upgrades, I’ve added a couch and changed another couch. I’ve added end tables and lamps to the entire home. All additions are upgrades but similar to the pictures.
