You will have use of the kitchen, living room, and TV family area. Very central location. Walk, bike or bus to nearby shops & cafes, 10 min to UofA & Old Strathcona. LRT takes you downtown. There are no pets presently living at the house. No Cleaning Fees! The space This 4 bedroom bungalow is set in a friendly crescent and close to everything! It’s a perfect home-away-from home for the world traveler, the visiting/foreign student, temporary worker, performing artist, teaching professional, UofA Hospital patient/medical professional, etc. You will all feel welcome here. You will have a clean, private bedroom, an adjacent private bathroom, access to TV area with 55" flat screen & Netflix, use of kitchen, a front deck and large backyard with bbq, lounge swing, fire pit and outdoor table and chairs. This is my home where I presently live ( although I am often away) and I have three rooms available to rent individually (see my other listings). I want you to be comfortable and I supply bed linens, comfy pillows and bath size towels. If you have forgotten something (like conditioner, shampoo, hair dryer) please ask as I am almost always able to help you out. I provide kitchen basics like coffee/tea, sugar/cream, cookies, (and condiments like mustard, spices, cooking oil) as an extra convenience for you. Come and go as you please, make yourself at home. A door code is provided to you before your arrival for convenient access. Located in one of the beautiful, tree-lined streets in a mature and desirable neighbourhood on the southside near Old Strathcona. Getting around is really easy. Bakery, cafe, restaurant, pubs, are less than 10 minutes walk away. Quick & easy access to the River Valley, Old Strathcona, Fringe Festival, Blues & Folk Festival & University of Alberta & University Hospital. Ride a bike? lots of bike lanes and bike trails nearby. I have a bike & lock I lend to guests. If you have a car, street parking in front of the house is available, free and convenient. There is public transportation right up the street & LRT is within walking distance. Lots of buses to the University of Alberta. Walking distance to lots of great shops, cafes, Whyte Avenue, University. Guest access Come and go as you please, make yourself at home. A door code is provided to you before arrival for convenient access. During your stay I love to host people, provide a welcoming space, and then leave you to yourself. Other things to note When inquiring about booking, please provide me with some brief info about yourself, and your reason for visiting/seeking accommodation.
