Everyone is welcome in my bright, silent, big (ca. 54 square meters on the ground), very comfy holiday flat in the 2nd level of my house in the southeast of Munich. -1 double bed,2 single beds,(potentially 1 folding bed.) Kitchenette fully equipped. Extra bathroom. SMOKINMG IS PROHIBITED. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: 3-5min. to busstation; 39min. to fair ground (Messe München); 46min. to Oktoberfest; 23min. to CityCenter. Later on I will give you some more detailed informations through your normal email address. - The holiday studio is convenient for 4persons. If you are 5persons, it is a bit cosy and everybody should store his things (there is enough storage space in the wardrobes), so that the others have enough space. The furniture is a bit vintage (some antique furniture) with a rustic-farming flavor. From the apartement it is about 15min. to the to the "Messe München" (fair ground), 30min. to Allianz Arena or to the mountains (Alpes) with the car, 23min. with the S-Bahn to the city center of Munich (Marienplatz), about 42min. to the Oktoberfest. Only You will stay in that very nice attic studio in the third level of my house. From above you have an overlooking view to the green gardens. The forest is in walking distance of about 100 m. There you might go jogging. The next restaurant is in the neighbour street. There are more restaurants, cafes, bakeries, kebab takeaway, grocery store, butcher, drugstore, bank, pharmacy and doctors in a distance of about 1 km at the train station. As we live here in a very noble area, there is not a shop at every corner. For that genteel region and the vicinity to the town of Munich (my house is not in the center of Munich - please see the map of Airbnb) the price which you pay in my house is really very attractive and affordable. - Please regard ALL PUBLIC AND LAW informations and REGULATIONS (i.e. from the registration office) and also my HOUSE RULES (i.e. I need names, first names, birthdays, numbers of pass- or IDcards-numbers and nationalities of all guests directly after your booking; there are also some rules for cleanliness). Guest access The access to the apartement in the 2nd level (attention: German level-counting; international: the house has 3 levels and it is the top one) is through a common stare case. Times for Check-In: From 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Check-Out: Latest until 11:00 a.m. (please leave the rooms in clean condition, if necessary also vacuum cleaned). Other things to note When I will accept your booking I will give you also the terms and many other informations about the holiday apartement in an extra email to your normal email address, which you please send to me directly after your booking. - Because of German registration and tax laws and because of private and safety reasons there is the need of giving the informations to the host about all the persons, who will stay here (names, birthdays, living and registration addresses, number of the passeports or IDs; drivers licence in stead of passeport/ID is NOT accepted by German authorithies and also not here). If you are 5 overnight guests, it will be a bit more cozy in the attic. The fifth guest, who sleeps on the folding bed, should not be more than 80kg.
