The space Our village house (semi-detached, with thick stone walls), offering over 1,500 sq ft of fully renovated space designed by an interior architect, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a short stroll (220 yards) from 4 restaurants, shops (including a floating grocery store!), the Canal du Midi, the tourist office, a bookshop, and artisan ice cream parlours. We have preserved and enhanced the original stonework, and carefully selected warm, authentic, high-quality materials—such as solid wood and leather—true to the spirit of our region. The large leafy patio and its peaceful water feature are often described by our guests as a “haven of tranquillity”—a restful retreat where comfort and practicality go hand in hand. All three bedrooms are equipped with super king-size beds (71 x 79 inches). The beds will be made up for your arrival, so inviting you to relax and feel at home from the very first moment. We value trust and high-quality service. That’s why everything is included—bed linen, towels, table linen, and essential items—so there are no hidden surprises during your stay. We’re attentive to your needs and happy to help make your visit as pleasant and memorable as possible. If you wish, we can show you the key spots in the hamlet upon your arrival. Guest access The entire house is exclusively yours. The garden, the patio, the private pool with no overlooking views, and the parking space directly in front of the house are reserved solely for you. This property is an officially recognized holiday rental, registered with the Préfecture under number 2017-01 (Mairie of Saint-Nazaire-d’Aude), and awarded a 5-star classification in 2023, valid for five years.
