The space 🇩🇪 A 14 sqm and modern furnished room with bathroom and balcony just for you Furnished with a lot of attention ❤️ to detail - I want you to feel comfortable. The bright room offers all you need for a comfortable stay. The Room: TV📺 Wardrobe Bed 🛏 - 1.40 m x 2.00 m (freshly made bed is of course included!) A kettle, free tea & a Nespresso machine☕️ Balcony: South side that invites you to linger🧚‍♀️ The bathroom: A shower, toilet and sink 🚽🚿 Towels are of course available free of charge Info: I'll gladly give you dishes, etc. and you can cool things in the fridge. Unfortunately, the kitchen and my living room cannot be used. 🇬🇧 A 14 sqm cozy and modern room with own bathroom and balcony. My living room and my kitchen are my space and not to be shared. Guest access You can get to the first floor through the front door. There is your room and the bathroom. We don't share rooms....but I'm very happy when we sit down and chat when it arises. Info: My house number is 7a (the "a" is unfortunately not displayed in the address description) Other things to note 🚗🚇 From me to the S-Bahn "Vaterstetten" it is about 15 minutes walking. 💼 Fair Munich 💼 By car, it's about 15 minutes. By S-Bahn/U-Bahn is about 30 minutes. 🛍Downtown / Marienplatz 🛍 By S-Bahn it is about 15 minutes to Marienplatz / downtown 🍻 OKTOBERFEST 🍻 By S-Bahn/U-Bahn, it is about 40 minutes to the Theresienwiese. So optimal March 2023: Wi-Fi is currently not available. It’s being processed 🙃
