With it's own private entrance and on street parking, this open plan outhouse studio is perfect for a weekend away or long-term stay. Fully equipped, built-in bluetooth speakers & smart tv allows guests to entertain for themselves. Local shops and supermarkets all within walking distance. The Bus stop is a one minute walk, taxi to the centre is 15mins. Cardiff bay is 10mins, M4 motorway within 5mins. The space The Space Our annexe has everything you need to make this a home from home. It is made up of a open plan living area, with a separate kitchen and bathroom. The whole flat has had a recent refurbishment, with a new fitted kitchen! The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, an electric cooker, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The open plan comprises of a lounge area with a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed which sleeps 2 extra guests to relax a smart tv to Netflix and chill. A hdmi cable for playstations too! We have a clothes rail incase your bringing anything that you want to keep crease free although we have iron. A electric fire place heater to keep you cosy while in the lounge. A wall fan in kitchen and fan incase you are hot or cold! This property has been updated to a 3 guest stay with our brand new sofa bed which sleeps 1/2 extra guests. In the bathroom you will find toilet roll, toothpaste and towels complimentary if you do not wish to use these please bring your own with you! Also worth noting you will have your own wifi free included. Location On the door step are shops, restaurants, takeaways and local pubs. Local to Cardiff Bay, Cardiff city centre and University hospital of Wales. We are situated in a great location within easy links to the M4 a 5 minute drive. Supermarkets within a 10 minute walk, Tesco Extra, Iceland and Lidl. Home Bargains, Lloyds pharmacy, Nail/Massage Salon, B&M, The Range, B&Q, Burger King and Mcdonalds all within 5 minute drive. Cardiff Bay Retail Park which includes Argos, Boots, Costa Coffee, Home Bargains, JD Sports, Lord Trader, McDonald's, Pets at Home , Sports Direct, The Food Warehouse by, Iceland, Vets4Pets, Wilko this is all a 15 minute drive. St David's Shopping Centre is a 15 minute drive away.
