Eco house in the nature park with floor heating. We invite you to visit the silent, rural environment of the nature park - Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina. The price includes the heating costs in autumn, winter and spring. You will enjoy the floor heating! The space Our little „Monte” combines traditional building techniques with modernity. It was built in 2016 using traditional and local materials like clay, shale, cork, wood and lime. The house is situated on a small hill with a lovely view over the nature park in direction to the Monchique mountains. With an underfloor heating the house is all-the-year habitable in a comfortable manner. The kitchen is fully equipped and gives the opportunity for a cozy cooking experience. The city of Aljezur can be reached by car in about 15 min. Here you will find the nearest shopping possibilities, with a market, supermarkets other little shops and restaurants. The nearest beach is Vale Figueira in about 4 km distance „behind the house“. Also the surf hotspots at the well-known beaches of Amado, Amoreira, Bordeira, Arrifana, Monte Clerigo can be easily reached by car. If you got tired of silence and loneliness at the rural West coast you may drive to the port of Lagos in the South. Here you can explore the historical old city and dive into the urban life. Bad weather may give the opportunity for other trips to the North or South, where you will discover many other places of interest. Other things to note Beach towels can be provided on request.
