Fantastic accommodation in a private residential development with a pool (summer), tennis, community parking (no assigned space) and beaches. All services are just a short walk away: tobacco shop, bars, shops, supermarkets, physical therapy, pharmacy. The accommodation has a Vitro stove, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, washing machine, blankets, hairdryer, iron, and basic hygiene and kitchen items. A charming balcony and a room with a double bed (135), another with two 90 beds and a dining room with a very comfortable sofa bed (150). There is no elevator, but it's on the first floor. The space The apartment is very bright, and the rooms are spacious. The beds are very comfortable, and it has a double sofa bed and a dining table with lots of natural light. The balcony is a small, comfortable area for eating outside or as a smoking area. Bathroom with a large tub, plenty of closet space for storage, and a view of the parking lot from the balcony. The apartment entrance is very accessible for your convenience when carrying luggage. There is no elevator, but it is on the first floor and there are few stairs. Guest access Check-in after 3pm and check out before 11am and you have to leave the dirty sheets and towels stacked and the kitchen clean and throw away the trash. In summer, you have at your disposal the swimming pool with a sun deck and a tennis court for playing sports year-round. Next door, there is a huge park with plenty of extra parking spaces and a small zip line, a bike path, trails, beaches very close by in Ajo (1.6 km from Antuerta, Playa Escondida and Cuberris, the main beach) and nearby towns/beaches to visit such as Noja, Berria, Somo, Laredo, Playa La Arena in Isla, Ruta el Buciero in Santoña, Loredo and Langre, all the way to Santander, which is only 36 km away. Cabárceno is 29.5 km away. etc... In addition, private community parking and free street parking are available, with all the amenities right outside the house: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco shop, clothing stores, shoe stores, calisthenics gym, skate park, bars, pizzeria, physiotherapy, laundry, playgrounds, walking and bike paths...
