AJO accommodation with pool and tennis - Ajo Palace

Fantastic accommodation in a private development with a swimming pool (summer), tennis, parking and beaches, a tobacco shop, bars, shops, supermarkets, a physiotherapist, and a pharmacy just a few steps away. It has a stove, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, washing machine, blankets, hairdryer, iron, and basic hygiene and kitchen items. A charming balcony and a double bed room (135), another with two 90 beds and a dining room with a very comfortable sofa bed (150). There is no elevator, but it is on the first floor. The space The apartment is very bright, and the rooms are spacious, the beds and sofa bed are very comfortable, and the dining table is for 6 guests. The balcony is a comfortable area to be eating outside or as a smoking area,protected with a fence for the little ones. Bathroom with spacious tub, lots of wardrobe for storage and views of the parking from the balcony very accessible to the housing portal for your convenience when carrying suitcases. It does not have an elevator but it is a first and there are few stairs. Guest access Check-in after 3:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM. You have to leave the dirty sheets and towels stacked, clean the kitchen, and throw away the trash. In summer, you have at your disposal the swimming pool with solarium and a tennis court for sports, and next to it a giant park with lots of extra parking and a small zip line, bike path, routes, beaches very close in Ajo (1.6 km from Antuerta, hidden beach and Cuberris, main beach) and nearby towns/beaches to visit such as Noja, Berria, Somo, Laredo, Playa La Arena in Isla, Ruta el Buciero in Santoña, Loredo and Langre, up to Santander which is only 36 km away, Cabárceno is 29.5 km away, etc... in addition, the closed community parking and free street parking are always available, with all the services under the house, supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco shop, clothing stores, footwear, calisthenics gym, skatepark, bars, pizzeria, physiotherapy, laundry, playgrounds, walking and bike lanes... if you are ready to enjoy the nature, tranquility and landscapes and beaches (surfing and surf schools) of Cantabria, this is your place! Other things to note Just a mile and a half from the Antuerta and Cuberris de Ajo beaches (1.6kms), you can go down by bike, walking (there is a bike/pedestrian path) or by car as there is free parking there and also places to eat on the beach itself!
