Karibu Cottage (close to Airport) The Kelpie room

An old railway cottage, which has now been converted into one house. The kitchen has old farmhouse features with an aga. Due to the age of the property, the shared bathroom is downstairs from the bedrooms. There is a large shared family room and also a quiet open plan study area. NOTE THAT EDINBURGH HAS INTRODUCED A VISITOR LEVY (TOURIST TAX) OF 5% FOR EACH NIGHT STAY (max 5 nights, starting from 24 July 2026). We will request this payment separately via AirBnB after we receive your booking. Guest access There is parking for guests at the rear of the house. Upstairs, please only access your allocated room. Downstairs, you are welcome to use all areas. During your stay I work weekdays, but will be contactable at any time by phone. Other things to note The rooms are within my home, so please be aware that my own belongings are around the house. The downstairs bathroom is a shared bathroom. Registration Details 510765
