My place is close to downtown,shopping center.It's perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and 4-legged companions. Weekly or monthly rates. The space We are 30 minutes from the pink granite coast ( Perros-Guirec, Ploumanac'h,Trégastel ) 30 minutes from Paimpol(departure for Ile de Bréhat) 30 minutes from Saint-Brieuc . A 10-minute walk from the center of Guingamp where the Saint Loup takes place every year in August, folk festival, Breton atmosphere assured in the city concerts,dances, etc. 45 minutes from the famous organization "Les Vieilles Charrues"in Carhaix in July. Guest access Guests can enjoy the small garden common to the Residence. Other things to note The accommodation is located on the ground floor right of a small building ,very bright with 2 windows, one street side, and the other side of the garden. It is also close to the city center, Carrefour shopping center 200 m away.
