The space The accommodation includes a kitchen open to the living room, 2 bedrooms with 140 bed each, a sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a large covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, washing machine, deckchairs, swing. Linens provided at no extra cost. Non-smoking accommodation. For Baby: baby bed, highchair, bathtub, changing table. Kitchen area: Kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, microwave… Guest access The bottom of the villa and garden Other things to note We will be happy to welcome you, in compliance with health rules. You'll find a clean and tidy place. Please respect the fact that as a guest you are required to leave the accommodation in the same condition it was in when you arrived. We ask that you remove the sheets and towels and place them on the outdoor table under the terrace upon checkout, and to let us know if there was a problem of course. For the TV, you have to turn on the TNT box to make it work. The stove and oven are electric, please keep them clean (you will find the appropriate products under the kitchen sink). Likewise for the barbecue, please clean the grill and empty the charcoal. The garbage cans are at the end of the alley on your left towards the village. This is a very quiet and inhabited neighborhood, so we ask you to respect the neighborhood and not to party or make noise after 11pm. We'll be there to help if you need anything.
