Cotswolds Glamping - Shepherd's Hut

It is the perfect haven of peace and quiet, surrounded by nothing but fields and wildlife. No road noise - perfect peace .... located in the heart of the countryside but close to the beautiful local village of Cherington and the historic market town of Tetbury. We are 12 miles from Cirencester, the Capital of the Cotswolds. The space We provide kindling and logs for the fire pit for your first night - there is plenty of kindling lying around to forage in hedges and by ways and you can buy extra logs on site (£5 per bag) or from the local garage or Tesco store in Tetbury or maybe bring some extra logs with you from home. An outdoor canopy covers a delightful dining area, perfect for meals with a view. There is garden furniture, a firepit, lanterns and table candles. Please no smoking inside the hut. If you would like a breakfast hamper with fruit and warmed croissants, please order ahead with an extra cost of £5 per head. Guests are free to enjoy our garden and paddock and can park in the field close by the hut. There is a good 4G signal for wireless hotspot, but it might be a good thing to ignore if you want some isolation! A baby shepherd’s hut, close by, has some useful local maps , modern and vintage guidebooks. Guest access We are always willing to help, just ask if there is anything you might need. The Traditional Hut can be booked together with Cotswold Glamping - Shepherds Hut in a Wild Meadow through air bnb to accommodate up to 4 guests. . Luna our very friendly cat may visit you but Barley, her brother, is too timid to say hello! Other things to note We do provide barbecue equipment in our bush kitchen but please bring extra camping accessories if you are planning to dine under the stars. We can always help if there is anything you might need! We will deliver warmed croissants and fresh fruits to your hut in the morning. Tea and coffee, milk and butter are provided in the bush kitchen.
