An enchanting place that offers many interesting excursions, summer and winter sports options and will make your vacation an unforgettable one. 3 ½ room apartment in a family-friendly, detached chalet with large garden. Ruth, who is always there for any questions, lives downstairs. Quiet and sunny location with stunning panoramic views of the mountains to Flims/Laax, Piz Beverin and Heinzenberg. Comfortable and cozy furnishings: Living/dining room, 1 room with double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds, bathroom/shower/toilet, kitchen, central heating, TV and cozy wood-burning stove in the living room. The house is located 5 minutes above the village center of Feldis. Terrace, private lawn and cozy garden seating area with lots of change. Ideal for children and people seeking tranquility and relaxation. Private parking space with authorized access (only possible in snow-free conditions). In winter, a snowcat can be arranged to take you to the house for an additional charge of CHF 40. The ski slope and ski school can be reached on foot in about 5-10 minutes. On Alp Raguta, in good weather conditions, there is a natural ice field that can be reached by chairlift and a toboggan run. You can also go directly from the ski slope back to the chalet with skis and sleighs. CHF 30, depending on the effort) Other things to note There are two apartments in the chalet that we rent out. Both apartments have their own separate entrance and also their own garden seating area. You therefore do not get in each other's way at all and have complete privacy.
