The rental space is a self contained annex. The property is right on the Badminton estate and is perfectly placed to explore Tetbury, Cirencester, Bath and the charming villages of Gloucestershire. You'll enjoy complete privacy with your own entrance, ground floor double bedroom, shower room and parking. Perfect for events at Westonbirt Arboretum and the Badminton Horse Trials. The accommodation is of a high standard and we throughly anti-bac the entire space after each booking. The space There is parking on the drive for one guest car at the rear of the house. Other parking is available nearby. Please speak to us about this if you are bringing more than one car. The private entrance is through a stable door in the courtyard garden. This leads to an entrance hall with boot bench, coat hooks and room for shoes. . A cosy ground floor bedroom with double bed and duck down duvet awaits. This room has a folding table and chairs so that you can enjoy your breakfast in your room. French doors lead out from the bedroom into the garden which has a comfortable corner garden sofa and table which you are very welcome to use. The shower room is off the entrance hall and we provide fluffy bath towels and floor towels. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate is available, as is a toaster, kettle and mini fridge. We'll also provide a selection of breads, cereals and preserves as well as milk and fruit juice. The TV has Sky, Netflix, Amazon Prime and BT Sport. WiFi internet is also available. Normal check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am however an early check in from 1pm can be arranged for an additional fee of £15 payable on arrival. The bedroom has a double bed however we can also accommodate a child in a travel cot, supplied by yourself or on a single mattress, which we can supply at an additional cost of £30 payable on arrival. If we are in, and you are going out we are also happy to take and collect you from local pubs and wedding venues. Please speak to us about pricing for this at check in or via email. Other things to note Although we will also park at the rear of the house, we use the door on the opposite side of the property for the duration of your stay. The hot tub is not for guest use.
